The Master

The Master
ONCE UPON A TIME, A MASTER WAS TALKING TO A crowd of people, and his message was so wonderful that everyone felt touched by his words of love. In the crowd there was a man who had listened to every word the Master said. This man was very humble, and he had a great heart. He was so touched by the Master's words that he felt the need to invite the Master to his home.

When the Master finished speaking, the man walked through the crowd, looked into the eyes of the Master, and told him, "I know you are busy and everyone wants your attention. I know you hardly have time to even listen to my words. But my heart is so open and I feel so much love for you that I have the need to invite you to my home. I want to prepare the best meal for you. I don't expect you will accept, but I just had to let you know"

The Master looked into the man's eyes, and with the most beautiful smile he said, "Prepare everything. I will be there." Then the Master walked away

At these words, the joy in the man's heart was strong. He could hardly wait to serve the Master and to express his love for him. This would be the most important day of his life: The Master was going to be with him. He bought the best food and wine, and found the most beautiful clothes to offer as a gift to the Master. Then he ran home to prepare everything to receive the Master. He cleaned his entire house, prepared the most wonderful meal, and made the table look beautiful. His heart was full of joy because the Master would soon be there.

The man was waiting anxiously when someone knocked at the door. Eagerly, he opened the door, but instead of the Master, he found an old woman. She looked into his eyes and said, "I am starving. Can you give me a piece of bread?"

The man was a little disappointed because it was not the Master. He looked at the woman and said, "Please, come into my house." He sat her in the place he had prepared for the Master, and gave her the food he had made for the Master. But he was anxious and could hardly wait for her to finish eating. The old woman was touched by the generosity of this man. She thanked him and left.

The man had barely finished preparing the table for the Master again when someone knocked at the door. This time it was another stranger who had traveled across the desert. The stranger looked into the man's face and said, "I am thirsty. Can you give me something to drink?"

The man was a little disappointed again because it was not the Master. He invited the stranger into his home, and sat him in the place he had prepared for the Master. He served the wine he had intended to give the Master. When the stranger left, the man again prepared everything for the Master.

Someone knocked at the door again. When the man opened the door, there stood a child. The child looked up at the man and said, "I am freezing. Can you give me a blanket to cover my body?"

The man was a little disappointed because it was not the Master, but he looked into the eyes of the child and felt love in his heart. Quickly he gathered the clothes he had intended to give the Master, and he covered the child with the clothes. The child thanked him and left.

The man prepared everything again for the Master, and then he waited until it was very late. When he realized the Master was not coming, he was disappointed, but right away he forgave the Master. He said to himself, "I knew I could not expect the Master to come to this humble home. Although he said he would come, something more important must have taken him elsewhere. The Master did not come, but at least he told me he would, and that is enough for my heart to be happy."

Slowly he put the food away, he put the wine away, and he went to bed. That night he dreamed the Master came to his home. The man was happy to see him, but he didn't know that he was dreaming. "Master you came! You kept your word."

The Master replied, "Yes, I am here, but I was here before. I was hungry, and you fulfilled my need for food. I was thirsty, and you gave me the wine. I was cold, and you covered me with clothes. Whatever you do for others, you do for me."

The man woke up, and his heart was filled with happiness, because he understood what the Master had taught him. The Master loved him so much that he had sent three people to give him the greatest lesson: The Master lives within everyone. When you give food to the one who is starving, when you give water to the one who is thirsty, when you cover the one who is cold, you give your love to the Master.

THE POWER OF A WOMAN

THE POWER OF A WOMAN

Women are a precious gift from God but there are some things that all men need to know.

No matter how strong a man thinks he is, he is like butter in the hands of a woman that he loves.

It is only a woman that can carry a child for nine months and raise that child to adulthood and yet until the day that that woman dies only she will know the real father of that child.

Women are more discerning than men, more calculating, more thoughtful, more spiritual, more loyal, and more disciplined and they can handle emotional pain and psychological torture far better than men.

A woman can suffer trauma, deprivation, shame, sheer cruelty and beatings from a man and still stay with him simply for the sake of the children.

A woman can be the most vicious and dangerous of all God's creatures when she is hurt and scorned and when her love is not returned.

A woman in a position of power can be a dangerous thing because more often than not she is motivated by emotion and not reason or logic.

If wars were to be fought by women they would never end.

The greatest weapon that God has in his arsenal are the Daughters of Zion and the Sisters of Virtue: those beautiful, wise, prayerful, discerning, prudent, patient, kind, loyal women who are faithful unto death and who are the enforcers and guardians of God's purpose in the lives of men.

A woman can kill a man that she has lived with all her life, simply because he never returned her love and a woman can kill for or die for a man who loves her and stands by her through thick and thin.

If you are rich, pretend that you are poor to a woman and you will know her true nature.

If you are poor, pretend that you are rich to a woman and you will know what she is really after.

Beware of a woman's love, for at the slightest hurt, it can turn to hate.

Women gossip and talk, yet a woman keeps deeper secrets than any man.

When a woman says "no" she actually means "maybe" and when she says"maybe" she actually means "yes".

A great king with a great army can overrun nations and yet can be mastered and overwhelmed by the mere touch and whisperings of a loving woman.

The love of Helen of Troy caused the launch of a thousand ships and the love of any woman can cause a man to slaughter.

Women are a gift from God to men, but like all gifts they must be pampered, loved and given all your attention otherwise they begin to look elsewhere for such nourishment and care.

Out of every specie of animal ever created by God, it is always the female gender of that animal that is the most vicious and dangerous and yet it is also the female of that specie that protects and raises the offspring in loving care.

You cannot police a woman or really know her movements for she can be the greatest deceiver: if she really wants to play, she will go ahead and play and no matter the efforts that her man makes, it is only by divine intervention that he will ever know.

A woman is moved by touch whilst a man is moved by sight.

A woman will die for her children and guard her home with all she has.

A woman craves for security and commitment above all else and without these two she cannot truly be happy.

A woman gives, a woman takes, a woman laughs, a woman cries, yet through all this only she alone knows what is really in her heart.

A woman may be worshipped by the wealthiest of princes yet secretly her heart belongs to the poorest pauper in town.

A woman can possess the wisdom and foresight of an Abigail yet she can also have the cunning and guile of a Dalilah.

A woman can bear the cruelty and wickedness of a Jezebel yet she can also have the courage and selflessness of an Esther.

Yet a woman loved and that is cherished and pampered is the greatest gift that the heavens can offer. That is a woman for you: they can be a snare or a blessing.

They can bring joy or pain. They can wound or they can heal.

They are a beautiful contradiction of love and hate and we men simply cannot live without them.

A woman will make you feel that you are in charge yet with sweet words and with guile and cunning she silently controls everything and everyone around you.

Women are the shield, the defender and the foundation of the home.

Even as the man is the head, the woman is the neck without which it would fall.

The greatest mistake that any man could ever make is to underestimate or treat with levity the power of a woman.

For it is only a dullard or a fool that could honestly believe that he can confine a woman to having babies and to simply cooking in the kitchen.

A woman is irrepressable, unbeatable, unfathomable, irresistable and unknowable

Be Humble, It Doesn't Hurt

Be Humble, It Doesn't Hurt
Juan worked at a meat distribution factory. One day, when he finished with his work schedule, he went into the meat cold room (Freezer) to inspect something, but in a moment of bad luck, the door closed and he was locked inside with no help in sight. Although he screamed and knocked with all his might, his cries went unheard as no one could hear him. Most of the workers had already gone, and outside the cold room (freezer) it's impossible to hear what was going on inside.

Five hours later, whilst Juan was on the verge of death, the security guard of the factory, eventually open the door and saved the life of Juan. Juan then asked the security guard how he got to open the door, as it wasn't part of his work routine. His explanation: "I've been working in this factory for 35 years, hundreds of workers come in and out every day, but you're one of the few who greets me in the morning and says goodbye to me every night when leaving after working hours. Many treat me as if I am invisible.

Today, like every other day, you greeted me in your simple manner ' Hello ' at the entrance when resuming for work. .....But curiously, after working hours today, I observed I've not heard your ' bye! see you tomorrow '. Hence I decided to check around the factory. I look forward to your ' Hi ' and ' bye ' every day. To you, I am someone. By not hearing your farewell, I knew something had happened. Then I Sought and found u!

"Moral Lesson to reflect upon:.. Be humble, love and respect those around you. As life is too short! Try to have an impact on people in ways we can't even imagine, especially the people that cross your part every day. Have a blessed day.

☆Saddest Love Story☆

☆Saddest Love Story☆
10th grade:
As John sat there in English class, he stared at the
girl next to him. She was his so called “best
friend”. John stared at her long, silky hair, and
wished she was yours. But she didn’t notice him
like that, and John knew it. After class, she walked
up to him and asked him for the notes she had
missed the day before and handed them to her.
She said “thanks” and gave him a kiss on the
cheek. John wanted to tell her, he want her to
know that he don’t want to be just friends, he
love her but he is just too shy, and he don’t know
why.

11th grade:
The phone rang. On the other end, it was her.
She was in tears, mumbling on and on about how
her love had broke her heart. She asked John to
come over because she didn’t want to be alone,
so he did. As John sat next to her on the sofa, he
stared at her soft eyes, wishing she was yours.
After 2hours, one movie , and three bags of
chips, she decided to go to sleep. She looked at
John, said “thanks” and gave him a kiss on the
cheek. John want to tell her, he want her to know
that he don’t want to be just friends, he love her
but he is just too shy, and he don’t know why.

Senior year:
The day before prom she walked to his locker.
"My date is sick” she said; he’s not going to go
well, John didn’t have a date, and in 7th grade,
they made a promise that if neither of them had
dates, they would go together just as
“bestfriends”. So they did. Prom night, after
everything was over, John was standing at her
front door step. He stared at her as she smiled at
him and stared at John with her crystal eyes. John
want her to be mine, but she isn’t think of him
like that, and John know it. Then she said “I had
the best time, thanks!” and gave him a kiss on the
cheek. John want to tell her, he want her to know
that he don’t want to be just friends, he love her
but he is just too shy, and he don’t know why.

Graduation Day:
A day passed, then a week, then a month. Before
John could blink, it was graduation day. He
watched as her perfect body floated like an angel
up on stage to get her diploma. He wanted her to
be yours, but she didn’t notice him like that, and
John knew it. Before everyone went home, she
came to John in her smock and hat, and cried as
he hugged her. Then she lifted her head from his
shoulder and said, “you’re my best friend,
thanks” and gave him a kiss on the cheek. John
want to tell her, he want her to know that he
don’t want to be just friends, he love her but he
is just too shy, and he don’t know why.

A Few Years Later:
Now John sit in the pews of the church. That girl
is getting married now. He watched her say “I
do” and drive off to her new life, married to
another man. John wanted her to be yours, but
she didn’t see him like that, and he knew it. But
before she drove away, she came to him and said
“you came!”. She said “thanks” and kissed him on
the cheek. John want to tell her, he want her to
know that he don’t want to be just friends, he
love her but he is just too shy, and he don’t know
why.

Funeral:
Years passed, John looked down at the coffin of a
girl who used to be my “best friend”. At the
service, they read a diary entry she had wrote in
her high school years. This is what it read: "I
stare at John wishing he was mine, but he doesn’t
notice me like that, and I know it. I want to tell
him, I want him to know that I don’t want to be
just friends, I love him but I’m just too shy, and I
don’t know why. I wish John would tell me he
loved me!" `John wish he did too…` he thought
to himself, and he cried bitterly!

DISCIPLINE - THE ART OF SAYING NO

DISCIPLINE - THE ART OF SAYING NO

Discipline - The Art Of Saying No
Growing up, primary school (elementary school) was awesome, we had so many songs and rhymes.

One in particular sticks out in my memory

“Wherever you Go
Whatever you see
Do Not Say Yes, When You Mean To Say NO!”

It is not always easy to say No! A key quality that makes it possible to say NO is Discipline!

Being a yes man, who says yes to everybody may make you popular but it won't make you Productive.

To be popular, you will do what everybody expects of you
To be productive, you will focus on the things that matter most

If you are going to enjoy meaningful success in life you must learn to say No and mean it!

You will offend people!

You will be labelled!

You will be misunderstood at first!

People will call you names, some will call you proud but if you stand your ground, and they begin to see results they will come to respect and appreciate you later!

I have always said there is a thin line between crazy and creative!
People call you creative when they don't know or can't understand what you are doing doing but they call you creative when they begin to see results!

Saying No To Yourself
No man can be truly successful if he does not master the art of self denial!

Discipline is all about denying yourself of certain things that may appear ok for now but may hamper your future well being.

You don't eat everything you feel like eating every time you feel like eating it without considering the effects it will have on your body.
Likewise, you don't do anything you feel like doing anytime you feel like doing it without considering future repercussions

Saying no to yourself is very important in your journey of success!

All that glitters is not gold, you need to learn to differentiate what is for you from what is not.

Saying no to yourself
Relationships - Not all relationships are meant for you
Food - Watch what you eat
Opportunities - Not all opportunities are meant for you! There are some you must say no to so you can yes to greater ones.

You may need to say no to the good so as to be able to say yes to the Great!
“The greatest enemy of BEST is not BAD but GOOD!”

If you don't master the art of saying no, you won't master saying yes to the right things!

Saying No to Others
Not everybody deserves your attention, concentration and devotion!
At least not everybody deserves them equally!
You need to learn to say no to those who are not
adding value to you
improving your life
making you a better person (people who you have influence on their lives can make you a better person because as you teach them what matters in life, you yourself learn more about what matters most)

Saying No situations
Don't let situations and circumstances limit you!

Don't accept everything that comes your way as your lot or as from God!

At times God allows stuff to come your way to test your understanding and maturity.

Galatians 4:1 KJV
[1] Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;

WHO YOU MUST ALWAYS SAY NO TO
Always say no to The Devil
Resist the devil and he will flee from you
Be very sensitive to resist the devil even in the counsel of friends, in seemingly attractive opportunities

There is a way that seemeth right, at the end of which is destruction!

WHO YOU MUST NEVER SAY NO TO
Never say No To GOD
When you master saying yes to God, you will know when to say no to people, situations, opportunities, the devil etc

Holiness, I have come to realize, is simply being led by the Holy Spirit!

Say yes to the Spirit always, and you will enjoy great progress and monumental success

Mastering The Art Of Saying No

1. Realize NO is not a negative word
One very important thing that makes it easy to say no is realizing that NO is not a negative word!

2. Know that NO doesn't mean NEVER
Another important thing is this - know that NO Is Not The Same As Never it may just mean NOT NOW,

3. It doesn't mean you don't respect people's opinions, it just means you choose not to be led astray

4. Know what you want and be focused!
If you know what you want, you won't settle for just anything and you want say yes to everything that comes your way!

5. It doesn't mean you don't have faith! It shows you are matured enough to realize No is as important as Yes in life ...

6. Self Respect
Respect yourself!

7. Put God first
When you put God first it will be easier to say NO to men!

I leave you with the words of John C Maxwell “Learn to say 'no' to the good so you can say 'yes' to the best.”

Have an awesome season
